Rubberatkins is world leader in the design and manufacture of rubber based components to solve customer problems for Oilfield & General Industrial Application using in-house expertise. Rubberatkins current head office and manufacturing plant is based in Aberdeen, Scotland and a Technical Sales Office in Houston. The Head Office will be relocating to a new purpose built facility in Aberdeen during the 3rd Q 2009. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to fill a

TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT

role in our business development team in Aberdeen where you will handle our many and varied customer enquiries. Initially office based, supplying technical support to our global external sales team and we would expect you to develop to an external role in time. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level in a Mechanical Engineering or Science discipline and have a flair for being inventive and capable of thinking on the spot. You will be given theoretical and practical training to develop a strong, product knowledge allowing you to market our in house R&D and Manufacturing capabilities. Computer Literacy and a confident telephone manner are a necessity.

QUALITY ENGINEER

This is an exciting and new opportunity with an expanding company. The role will involve ensuring product quality meets customer requirements and product specifications. By maintaining and improving the internal quality framework, the candidate will ensure continual ISO9001:2000 accreditation. The role will also involve monitoring and seeking improvements in customer satisfaction processes and establishing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

SHIFT TEAM LEADER

We are looking for inspired individuals with energy, drive and enthusiasm ready to lead a shift team. You must have good interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate and influence your team and peers. With a flexible approach, the successful candidate will be responsible for improving the key performance indicators in production output, efficiency and quality. Team success, development and motivation are core to this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and a track record of team leadership. In return a competitive salary is offered with possible relocation package for the right candidate.

RUBBER MOULDERS

We are seeking to recruit highly motivated, conscientious people to work in our busy rubber moulding production units. Core duties include the production & inspection of high quality rubber moulded components. Attention to detail is crucial to the success of our business therefore you should have the ability to produce work of a high standard, understand & follow process procedures to achieve targets whilst working in a methodical and well ordered manner.

Full training will be provided.
